I found out in June of 2007 that the All Inclusives are not the only thing to consider in Mexico and the Caribbean. We stayed at the ME Cancun, an EP resort and I must tell you the service at this resort was phenomenal. I was amazed at the level of attentiveness shown to people and I personally felt like a queen. They greeted me by name at dinner in the evening and the waiters at the bars and pool bar smile and speak with you like you are the only one present. When you speak to anyone here they acknowledge your presence by placing their hand over their heart and then they bow their head. It is just such a gracious gesture it made me get teary-eyed! The resort was elegant, immaculate and simply stunning. The showers in the rooms have the gigantic rain shower heads and I had to force myself out of that shower. Simply amazing! The ocean view rooms are breathtaking as you can see from the photo with the "view from our room."  I simply cannot wait to return to the ME Cancun.
